Bringing an in-depth understanding and passion for hospitality to the Pineapple partnership, along with an app for everything and the tendency to be a militant, yet super-geeky project manager.


Hailing from a high-end GM background, Chris has worked with some of London’s, if not the world’s best operators such as Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton in the course of the past 15 years.

Chris knows how to motivate a team, anticipate guests’ needs and reign in a challenging service.

He uses a combination of his experience and classic British service skills to help unify and coach your Front of House team to give your guests the most memorable experience possible, all fuelled by gallons of espresso.
